We are getting new windows, and a new roof. Also, I reinforced the porch with those posts, and will be painting and re stuccoing the basement.
See the flashing here, rotting out my soffets. the roof is sagging, and the gutters are bad.
Here is the rear of the house where water ruined the facia, the roof, and soffet. I ripped out the gutters a while back to let it all dry out.

I did this stucco in between rain. It rains every day atm, it seems. Hopefully this will all be done by the end of April. Then we can start looking at the bathrooms and bedrooms next.

flashing is the metal pieces they use around chimneys and pipes on your roof.

My goodness, all those projects, save some energy and do some for mom and pop. Man of many talents, come by that honest! Need to enter a magazine with before and after projects.
